Sutton Housing Authority approves operating budget with $76,648 state subsidy request. The board voted unanimously to adopt the fiscal year 2027 budget, showing revenue of $370,208 and expenses of $439,825, and set Executive Director John Slocum's annual salary at $35,743. In reorganization, the board named Bates Carter Vice Chair while retaining Mark Bailey as Chair and Carl Hutchinson as Treasurer.
Slocum reported full occupancy as of June 1, 2026, and disclosed the authority has operated without a Resident Services Coordinator for the past year.
