SUTTON — The Sutton Housing Authority unanimously approved fiscal year 2026 financial statements and compliance documents at its May 21 meeting. Executive Director John Slocum reported two current vacancies expected to be filled by July 1, 2026. The board directed Slocum to prepare a tenant letter reinforcing the no-smoking policy and to consult legal counsel on lease enforcement options after a discussion of smoking violations in apartments.
All nine financial and operational motions passed without opposition.
