Sutton Housing Authority approves capital project funding and defers budget action.

Housing Authority · Meeting of February 19, 2026

Sutton Housing Authority unanimously approves $130,092 capital project for bathroom fan installation. The board, with members Mark Bailey, Carl Hutchinson, Bates Carter, and Amy Parslow present, also approved quarterly and monthly financial reports for the period ending January 31, 2026, all without objection. Executive Director John Slocum reported three open positions and cited snow removal expenses and sidewalk clearing duties as budget pressures reducing apartment turnover work.

The board indefinitely postponed the fiscal 2027 operating budget after rejecting missing data caused by a systems migration.
