Sutton Housing Authority unanimously approves new fee accountant. The board replaced CBIZ with Michael Kane, CPA, PLLC, citing prior concerns about attention to detail and communications, with all four members voting in favor. Executive Director John Slocum reported two additional unit vacancies with estimated turnover costs of approximately $12,000.
The board also reviewed March financial reports and received notification of PFAS6 test results from the Water Company.
