Sutton Board of Assessors approves minutes, coordinates on state geospatial requirements. Chairman Robert Nunnemacher, Assessor Matthew Read, and Principal Assessor Tracey Tardy reviewed a new building permit at 12 Beechwood Drive and updated the property sketch for 16 Carr Street following a site visit. The board confirmed title work showing 38 Main Street is town-owned and will seek state permission to abate property taxes for fiscal years 2021 through 2026.

Principal Assessor Tardy provided updates on the Massachusetts Assessor Geospatial information coordination effort with the state Geographic Information System to interpret new laws.
