Sutton records 14 deeds in late August, but sale prices are still catching up
The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 14 property transfers in Sutton between Aug. 21 and Aug. 25, but only two carried a sale price: $120,000 for 88 Whitins Rd. and $875,000 for a Sutton property sold by Jacqueline A. Dibello to Silvano and Adriana Nascimento. The other 12 deeds, including two each on Singletary Avenue and Stone School Road, show price not yet available. At least eight deeds named a bank or mortgage company as grantor or grantee, a pattern consistent with refinancing or lender-related recordings rather than traditional sales. With pricing data still incomplete for most of the period, the market's overall direction cannot yet be assessed from this dataset.
