Sale Prices Not Yet Available for Any of Sutton's 11 September Property Transfers
Sutton recorded 11 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds data, but none of the filings included a sale price, so a price range and median cannot be reported this period. The only transfer with both a named buyer and seller was a Sept. 8 filing in which Eric A. Vallee purchased property from Stanley P. and Stanley Paul Stopyra; no street address was listed for that transaction in the data. Three filings appeared to be trust-to-individual transfers within the same family, and three others involved banks or mortgage servicers.
