Only one of eight recent Sutton home sales has a recorded price so far
The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded eight Sutton property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only one carried a posted sale price: $723,350, for a property listed without a specific street address. The other seven, on Putnam Hill Road, Burbank Road, Skye Line Drive, Peach Tree Drive, Boundary Stone Road, Douglas Road and Mendon Road, show price not yet available, typical of the registry's posting lag rather than any withholding. Several transfers involve joint sellers sharing a surname, and two, on Burbank and Douglas roads, moved through an estate or trust. With most prices still pending, the data does not support a read on market conditions this period.
