Sutton records 10 deed transfers as most sale prices go undisclosed
Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 10 property transfers in Sutton between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only two listed a sale price: $310,500 and $412,500, for a median of $361,500 among disclosed sales. The top disclosed sale was 36 Main St. at $412,500, sold by Couture Homes LLC. Two transfers shared a Boston Road address (front and rear parcels), and Michael Lee Fields appeared as a seller on two separate records. Five of the 10 transfers involved a bank or mortgage-registration entity as buyer or seller. With 80% of transfers lacking a disclosed price, the data offers limited basis for judging overall market tone this period.
