Just 2 of 14 August Sutton Property Deeds Disclose a Sale Price
Sutton recorded 14 property deeds between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only two disclosed a sale price: $55,000 for 8 Old Common Rd and $462,000 for a property tied to Osheas Furniture LLC and Millbury National Bank, also linked to a separate, undisclosed-price deed at 113 Singletary Ave. Eight Lots Road was the only street with more than one sale (two). Six of the 14 deeds involved a bank or credit union as buyer or seller, and four appear to be transfers between family members or trustees. With price data missing for 12 of 14 deeds, overall market tone for the period cannot be determined from this dataset.
