SUTTON — The Sutton Select Board holds goals and objectives session to chart strategic direction. Chairperson Jonathan Anderson, Vice Chair James Ettamarna, Clerk Christine Watkins, and Member Daniel Spengler identified 14 major initiatives including master plan updates, governance framework adoption by September, joint zoning and planning meetings on growth guardrails, public safety risk assessment, water and wastewater infrastructure expansion, and economic development targeting Route 146 commercial revenue. The board committed to annual department head updates at board meetings and established a dashboard to track key metrics across town departments.
