Board of Assessors approves prior minutes, reviews property matters.

SUTTON — The Sutton Board of Assessors unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and conducted routine business at its July 21 session. Chairman Robert Nunnemacher, joined by Assessor Matthew Read and Principal Assessor Tracey Tardy, signed one Chapter Land Lien for 95 Armsby Road and executed warrants for Motor Vehicle Commitment 2026-04. The Board reviewed a questionable deed for Burbank Road property and agreed the Chairman would research access layouts for Route 146 near 26 R Oakhurst Road following a Planning Board request.
Members adjourned open session at 6:10 p.m. to enter executive session for review of abatement and exemption applications.
