Board of Assessors approves two tax liens, processes exemption denials

SUTTON — Board of Assessors signs two tax liens and three exemption denials. Chairman Robert Nunnemacher oversaw the September 22 meeting alongside Principal Assessor Tracey Tardy and Assessor Matthew Read. The Board signed Chapter Land Liens on 21 Colonial Drive and 112 Town Farm Road and processed three State Tax Form 135 Property Tax Exemption Denial Notices.

The Board discussed revisions to the Senior Work Off Policy and is awaiting a court opinion of value from Mass Electric regarding an ongoing case.
