Select Board unanimously authorizes dual representation for fiber network extension. Town Manager Austin Cyganiewicz presented the FY27 budget outlook, warning of a 20 percent health insurance premium increase totaling $660,000, a 10.45 percent pension assessment jump of $231,000, and estimated
