Sutton Council on Aging designates two members to lead director search. Chair Rosemarie De Gaetano and member Paul Maynard will represent the board in the hiring process for a new Council on Aging Director, Town Manager Austin Cyganiewicz announced January 20. Cyganiewicz reported 26 candidates have applied and disclosed a charter gap that does not formally define the Council on Aging Director role or the board's advisory status.
Acting Outreach Director Tim Annis confirmed that fuel assistance, rides and medical transports, and food pantry services continue during the transition period.
