Only three of the 14 transactions had a sale price recorded: $75,000, $472,000 and $625,000, producing a median of $472,000 among recorded sales. The month's highest-priced transaction was a $625,000 sale that closed July 21, with sellers Tifani Donohoe and Tifani DeMichele transferring the property to buyers Patrick David Rielly and Rebecca Sophie Rielly. Ten of the 14 recorded deeds involved a bank, credit union or mortgage company as either seller or buyer. With most sale prices not yet recorded, the data offers limited insight into overall market values this period.
