Sutton Records 14 Property Transfers in Late Summer, Few Prices Disclosed

Sutton recorded 14 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records. Only three of the 14 transactions disclosed a sale price: $75,000, $472,000 and $625,000, producing a median of $472,000 among disclosed sales. The month's highest-priced transaction was a $625,000 sale that closed July 21, with sellers Tifani Donohoe and Tifani DeMichele transferring the property to buyers Patrick David Rielly and Rebecca Sophie Rielly. Ten of the 14 recorded deeds involved a bank, credit union or mortgage company as either seller or buyer. With most sale prices undisclosed, the data offers limited insight into overall market values this period.
