Board of Assessors approves prior minutes and discusses updates

SUTTON — The Sutton Board of Assessors unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and discussed Senior Work-Off Program updates scheduled for the town website. Chairman Robert Nunnemacher, Assessor Matthew Read, and Principal Assessor Tracey Tardy reviewed property valuations for two Pine Point Drive parcels and reached out to Vision regarding website modifications. The board also authorized contact with Cartographic Associates Inc to assess feasibility of NEARMAP and pushpin software, and noted an Appellate Tax Board matter with Massachusetts Electric scheduled for July 22.
The June Monthly Motor Vehicle Abatement Report was signed.
